About the Job
Core Responsibilities:
Project Management & Product Launch:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of product launch projects, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
2. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to streamline product launch activities.
4. Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotion plans.
5. Monitor and report on the progress of product launch projects, identifying and addressing any risks or issues.
Product Development & Improvement:
1. Collect and collate feedback from clients and internal team members for improvements to existing products and new product ideas.
2. Identify and implement solutions for product improvements to enhance performance, design, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.
3. Design, model, install, and test prototypes for new and existing products.
4. Research and evaluate suppliers for components, negotiating pricing and terms to optimize cost and quality.
5. Create and maintain detailed parts lists and dimensional calculations for product designs.
6. Research and assess appropriate production processes, ensuring efficient and scalable manufacturing.
7. Produce final drawings, specifications, and installation manuals for new and improved products.
8. Maintain an updated database for technical drawings and specifications.
Collaboration & Support:
1. Assist all internal departments and team members with needs related to product updates and launches.
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to design solutions for custom projects as needed.
3. Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives related to product updates and new product launches.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Work willingly with all members of the team to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
