Are you a graphic designer with a passion for science and the desire to work with leaders in the biotech sector? We’re a thriving strategic communication, digital, and creative agency based in Boston that works with trailblazers in the biotech industry. We’re looking for a Designer with a well-rounded background who has an enthusiastic passion for design and a curiosity for science. This individual is an excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail, excels at handling multiple client needs simultaneously and has a drive to work collaboratively and adapt to constructive input. A strong working knowledge of an agency creative department is a plus.
Please Note: Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in the office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Carry out the efficient visual execution of creative concepts, as outlined by an Associate Creative Director
- Maintain and update visual design standards as needed
- Able to conceptualize and execute effective design work across social media and presentation design. These may include projects such as social media posts and PowerPoint corporate decks.
- Collaborate with team members to create client presentations and to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively
- Research vendors and specifications for projects and provide information to the creative operations team and other responsible parties
- Possess strong digital background and ability to design across all mediums
- Collaborate with others on creative and engage with account team members
- 3 years of design experience in an agency or in-house studio
- B.A. in graphic design
- Passion about design with a curiosity for science
- Excellent knowledge of, and ability to use, applicable computer application such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Premier Pro and After Effects is a strong plus.
- Excellent visual/conceptual skills
- Knowledge of media requirements and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong collaborative approach to projects
- Eagerness to challenge yourself to create something truly unique and specific for our clients
- Demonstrated ability, through previous experiences, to effectively translate ideas into design executions
