We are seeking a talented Designer who is also a Project Manager with a passion for creating eye-catching designs across various mediums including signs, vehicle wraps, and apparel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding principles, and the ability to transform conceptual ideas into visually stunning designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create original designs for signs, vehicle wraps, and apparel that effectively communicate the client's brand identity.
- Develop design concepts, mockups, and presentations for client review and feedback.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and specifications.
- Work closely with production teams to oversee the implementation of designs across various mediums.
- Effectively manage the project from beginning to finish in a way to that meets internal and external deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in signs, vehicle wraps, and apparel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Effectively manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to both internal and external deadlines.
- Knowledge of print production processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving client demands.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
