Skills needed:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related
- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, field technician support, application support, or junior systems administration (full or part-time)
- Experience with Windows 7, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Office 2010, Office 365, Office 2007, Office 2000
- Detail oriented; follow and/or establish policies and procedures, passionate about technology
- Perform General Desktop Support
- Prepare Computer workstation as well periphery equipment installation, with ongoing maintenance and support thereof
- Root Cause and Systems Analysis
- Concise and effective Desktop, Helpdesk and general Tech Support by way of phone, e-mail, chat messaging, in person and remote access control.
