About the Job
- Candidate must have 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience to support the End User Services
• Should be customer centric and understand the Service Desk (SD) support function. Worked in the SD support function will be preferred.
• Candidate should be proficient in written and verbal English to provide the required IT services.
• Candidate must be ready to provide the support over the Phone Calls and Deskside support, as needed.
• Resolve Incidents and Service Requests tickets associated with EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications, provide break/fix support, advice and assist to Customer Users, as needed.
• Provide equipment and hardware support including laptop, desktop devices, mobile devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking.
• Mobile Device Management provides support to mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets as well as desktop devices such as engineering workstations.
• Leverage Customer’s EUC Mobile Device Management Tools to enable secure and remote support and operations.
• Certification: Any relevant certification (Preferred).
Salary
65,000 - 70,000 /year
