Desktop O365 Administrator
On Site Position located in Littleton, Colorado
- $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and education.

Our client is seeking a dedicated, confident, and analytical Desktop - Microsoft Office 365 Administrator. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of desktop administration and Microsoft Office 365, demonstrated through examples of past work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Administering and supporting Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets, including provisioning with Microsoft Intune MDM.
- Managing company-provided mobile devices and troubleshooting hardware/peripherals (e.g., printers, headsets).
- Maintaining a computerized inventory of all desktop-related equipment.
- Collaborating with internal and external IT Infrastructure support teams in both remote and office settings.
- Communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
- Delivering updates and modifications related to desktop and Microsoft O365 independently, utilizing the IT Change Management process.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving of IT-related desktop and O365 software and hardware issues.
- Identifying, processing, and organizing substantial amounts of information and data, often limited or incomplete.
- Prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and managing day-to-day endpoint issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent IT Infrastructure experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience as a desktop and Microsoft Office 365 administrator.
- Knowledge of Agile/Kanban project management environments.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and business writing skills.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work after normal business hours as needed.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments (both on-prem and cloud-based Entra [Azure] AD).
- Experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Competence in desktop-based VPN and antivirus software.
- Knowledge of Dell (or similar) server hardware, Ubiquiti UniFi wireless access points, and Cisco networking hardware/software.
