About the Job
VPN Connectivity/Installations
o Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
o Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
o Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
o Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
o Office 365 basic troubleshooting
o Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and Webex Web Conferencing
Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Must Have Active Directory Experience.
