Date: Nov 1, 2024 Location: Renton, WA, US, 98055 Company: PACCAR Requisition Summary PACCAR Parts Division is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. In this role, you will oversee the IT ticketing system, manage inventory, and maintain effective communication with end-users. Job Functions / Responsibilities + Use the IT Service Management system, address IT incident reports and service requests regarding hardware, software and mobile devices. + Perform hardware and software installation. When needed, guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. + Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions. + Assist with regular IT audits to verify compliance with security protocols and operational standards. + Assist with deployment of new PCs and mobile devices. + Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated respectfully, efficiently and in a timely manner. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields required. + 1+ year of experience in IT or related field required. + Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking. + Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocols. + Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. + Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Able to work in a team as well as independently.
