Desktop Support Analyst-Windows/MAC at Partnership Employment

Desktop Support
We are a New York City-based Information Technology consulting firm that has been servicing the demanding requirements of the financial services market for over 30 years. We are currently seeking highly technical and articulate individuals with 3 5+ years of direct experience with the following skills:

• Extensive desktop skills in support of standard applications
• Extensive IOS and Android experience
• Windows 7, Windows 10
• MS Office (2007-2016)
• PC imaging and deployment technologies
• Active Directory services
• Remote access services (Terminal Services, Citrix, VPN)
• Extensive end user support experience
• Some MAC machine experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with, and establish, positive client relationships

Additional consideration will be given to applicants that have the following skills and experience:

• Windows Server 2008-2019
• Exchange 2007-2016
• Office 365
• VM/Microsoft Virtualization technologies
• Market data and trading systems related experience
• Understanding of the unique business and technical requirements of working in the financial services market
