Job Description:
Direct client is currently moving to new beautiful building right on the Highline in Chelsea (NYC). They need an exceptional Desktop Support professional with great customer service to assist them with the transition. They will be moving users in waves weekly, about 200-400. Need assistance setting up VOIP phone system.

- Experience with Cisco and Avaya call manager
- Nortell
- Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system to receive and resolve issues
- Jabber
- Video Teleconferencing experience (Huge plus)
- Global VC Infrastructure experience (Huge plus)
