Job Description:
- 1-2 year's experience in a data analyst position.
- 1-2 year's experience with ITSM Service Desk ticketing system
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, coordinate, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, e.g. Outlook, Word, Power point, Visio, Project, SharePoint including ADVANCED knowledge and experience in Excel, Access, and SQL.
- Experience creating technical training manuals or frequently asked question (FAQ) material
- Experience in creating and analyzing IT operational/performance reports, queries and identifying anomalies.
- Ability to analyze data using MS Excel functions including pivot table and other complex formulas.
- Exhibit ability to identify and define new and existing process improvement opportunities.
- Communicate technical information in a clear professional manner.
- Familiar with Service Desk metrics and Service Level Agreements.
- Good data entry and typing skills (55+ WPM).
- Exceptional procedural troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while focusing on and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and operating systems, various software applications, network systems, internet services and mobile devices
- Knowledge of fileservers, networks and cloud based applications
