Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Day1 Onsite)
- Minimum 6+ Years of experience.
- Need to have network engineer experience as well.
- Knowledgeable in PC/Laptop imaging, installation, and repair.
- Cisco switch/router knowledge a plus.
- Enterprise environment experience preferable.
- Can lift up to 50lbs. physically capable to walk long distances daily.
- AD, SCCM, Service Now, DNS, VOIP experience a plus.
- A+, Network Plus, MCP, CCNA certs a plus.
