About the Job
Minimum/General Experience:
Performs on-site or shop based (stationary) computer troubleshooting and problem resolution, Computer assembly, hardware repair, basic networking, operating system and application software installation and troubleshooting.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma.
- Minimum Two(2)- Four(4) years of experience.
- Experience and training in desktop and laptop trouble-shooting (Intel).
- Additional experience working with and troubleshooting peripheral devices.
- Formal specialized training may be substituted on the basis of one month’s training for one month’s experience. Dell Latitude laptops, HP desktops, laptops (subject to change) and
- A+ certifications required.
