Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Job type: Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite day 1)
Description:
- Experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
- You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving
- Well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI)
- Multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related field
