2-3 years of Experience in Remote Desktop Support Management - Addressing user ticket on Hardware/Laptop/Desktop
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Apple Mac, Office 365
- Good Troubleshooting skill in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all.
- Sound knowledge on Trend Micro AntiVirus
- ITIL Certified (Huge Plus)
- Knowledge on Cisco AIS
