About the Job
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop and laptop hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as a proven track record of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and following client escalation procedures. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Duties:
- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ensure all SLAs are met while delivering timely and effective solutions to client issues.
- Follow and implement client escalation procedures to resolve complex technical problems.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PC images and operational programs.
- Conduct basic workstation backups and restores to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing clear and concise technical guidance.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Proven experience in meeting SLA agreements and providing high-quality technical support.
- Familiarity with client escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of PC images and operational programs.
- Basic knowledge of workstation backups and restores.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- A+ Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with M365, Intune, and Autopilot.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
