Description:
Desktop opening. They are hoping to find someone that has the technical skills to step into the role, but can learn all of the process & procedural pieces to grow within the organization. Ideally the candidate will be one that wants to continue their growth into some form of a leader within their support group as they are always looking for ways to promote within.
They also handle a great deal of project based work that can be all over the map. This year they replaced the old Cisco phone systems and replaced them with Teams calling for the facility and the entire team worked on this. Prior years they have updated servers and cabling amongst other things so they won't be silo' d to just end user support, further reinforcing the intangible needs of the role for someone that is curious and hungry to work with a variety of technology.
