Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Desktop Support Specialist. This is a contract to possible hire opportunity based out of Downtown Detroit, MI.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2+ years of related work experience.
• Sound knowledge of imaging tools (SCCM, MDT).
• Sound knowledge of data backup and recovery tools.
• Configuring hardware and applications.
• Configuring network connectivity.
• Configuring backup and recovery options.

Certification:

• A+ Certification is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Offered technical assistance to employees
• Answered questions or resolved computer problems for clients via telephone or electronically.
• Read technical manuals, conferred with users, or conducted computer diagnostics to investigate and
  resolve problems or to provide technical support.
• Escalated tickets as necessary.
• Use SDP ticketing software to process tickets.
