Job Title: Tech Support
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
• Provide solution administration support for the Windows server systems in a multi-platform environment
• Provide on-site VIP Support for Executives
• Extensive off-hour VIP Support and other urgent cases
• Working as Tier 2 level technical support
• Experience with SCCM on Image deployment from client side
• High-level troubleshooting technique on AD, Events, and Systems
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Provide technical support in using these Windows domain tools:
o Active Directory Users and Computers
o Active Directory Services
o Domain Group Policy Experience
o Domain Name System (DNS) Server
• Must have MDM/EMM support experience
• Must have Corporate MacOS/MacBook support experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3-years of Corporate Desktop Support or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Must have strong speaking and writing skills
• Must have onsite & remote Executive support
• Must be able to travel within US up to 10% of work time
• VDI support experience is a plus
• Linux experience is a plus.
