At the Tech Bar, you maintain customer's trust in your IT expertise, troubleshooting and repairing products. You use problem-solving and people skills to assure our customers of swift resolutions to their technical problems. You also stay abreast of products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date. With your customer service brilliance and empathetic nature, you provide technical advice and support every day
Key Qualifications
As a Tech Bar analyst, you provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to employees in need. You quickly diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy. After determining whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed, you offer solutions to quickly get users up and running again. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they walk to the Tech Bar, but you're also the person who guides them — advising, and even setting up their new products. Always curious, you stay on top of news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.
Additional Requirements
You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn.
You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
