Description:

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for addressing any technical issues that arise with the client executives sitting in Austin. This person will be responsible for providing technical support including hardware and software laptop troubleshooting, maintaining the conference rooms and will be required to support meetings and presentations. This person needs to have a high level of professionalism, aptitude to learn and provide excellent customer service.
