Desktop Support Technician II - AA2IT

Pay Rate: 18$ - 20$ per hour

Works Schedule: M-F 8-5 Overtime or Afterhours overtime as needed.

Description: Onsite Physical Touch Datacenter/Network Support. Rack, Stack activities, Cross Connect " Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management " 2+ years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers. PCLD is End User Computing, does not need any Data Center Experience. We are looking for 2 years of PC Support experience. " Processing asset returns both in person and returned in lockers or by mail " Performing hardware testing on assets using a Linux based USB stick " Tracking of assets for general asset management " Cleaning of assets " Erasing of SSD's " Other logistical duties as assigned "
