What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy employees Onsite and Remote.
Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status. General Daily Task:
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 8am-4:30pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No. How many overall years of experience should this person have? 12 -24 months Enterprise Desktop Support.
Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A+ is good to have but not required. If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $29/hr Contract
