Hours:Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration:1+ year, possibleContract-to-Hire
Description:
- Provides technical assistance and support, maintenance, and oversight ofZTekWarehouse operations.This includes Desktops, PDAs, Printers, Network, IT Rooms / Racks, hardware inventory, and telecommunication network.
- Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used by Warehouse Operations.
- Managing support requests and procedures across the network.
- Provide onsite hands and support for IT Infrastructure
- Providing support to customers in multiple buildings within the area.
- Moving up to 49lbs, as well as standing and walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hourson occasion.
Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience maintaining Zebra thermal printers, and troubleshooting different devices, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
- Experience in awarehouseenvironment with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- 2+ years of support experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems within a corporate setting.
- Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
