Responsibilities:

· Provide Hardware break/fix to Desktop and laptop

· Perform Software troubleshooting and install

Experience:

· Windows 10, MacOS IMAC (Install, Maintain, Add and Change)

· Hardware break/fix experience

· Software troubleshooting and install

· On-site Desktop Support Technician,

· Win10, hardware break/fix, software install/troubleshooting,

· Service Now, ticket management,

· Customer service skills.

· High School or GED

Skills:

· Desktop Support, Break/ Fix, Imaging, Refreshing

Education:

· High School or Equivalent experience
