Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (ONSITE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
• Assist with network connectivity and printer issues.
• Document support activities and maintain inventory of IT assets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in desktop support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
