Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (ONSITE)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network connectivity and printer issues.
- Document support activities and maintain inventory of IT assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
