Desktop Support Technician - TEKsystems

A Large Healthcare Company in Portland, OR is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to join the team for a great opportunity!

Job Description:

• The main function of this tech is to join a team of 5 and keeping track of where the laptop goes and to what hospital.
• Hardware refresh team and rolling out window 10 laptops.
• Hardware installs and support printer deployment.
• Taking out the old machine and swapping it out with the new one.
• Will be following a very thorough check list and working with the end users to ensure the machine is set up correctly.
• At times will be working in the warehouse doing the imaging and then deploy the new machines.
• Working in the warehouse most of the time imaging or traveling to the different hospitals and clinics to do support tickets.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Must have own car for travel days and a valid license. Will be reimbursed for miles from the warehouse to any hospital sites.
• 2-4+ years of deployment tech or desktop support tech experience
• Previous healthcare desktop support experience is a plus
