Dev/Research Engineer 5 - Cullerton Group

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Dev/Research Engineer 5 in Mossville, IL. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $124,000/yr + OT including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Cullerton Group will provide sponsorship.
 

• Executing ePowertrain NPI simulation requests and communicating results/learning from this simulation activity.
• Help develop and document our core simulation processes and ensure that he/she follows those processes.
• Report progress on simulation requests.
• Document significant results/findings of simulation activities.

Education & Experience Required:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a focused area within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years experience
• Will consider candidates with a PHd

 
Technical Skills
(Required)

• At least 5 years of experience performing 1D system simulation.

 
(Desired)

• 1D performance simulation on Power-systems or Drivetrain systems.
• Matlab Simulink and/or similar tools
