Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills
Skill: AST Assistant Consultant or Equivalent
- Technical: ReactJS or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, REST API, Log4j, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake), Cloud exposure, App Dynamics, OpenSearch, IDE (Eclipse or anything), Splunk, ServiceNow.
- Domain: Insurance and financial support services (Preferred).
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve the daily production/non-production issues.
- Responsible for analysis of different support requests (Service Requests) raised across open system applications and end to end resolution.
- Should be able to manage customer expectations and communicate thoroughly through tickets and calls.
- Responsible to make code changes and push changes to code repository.
- Plan Production release activities and coordinate implementation with respective teams according to the schedule.
- Responsible to make enhancements / bug fixes if necessary to satisfy business needs.
- Refer to database to provide solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively.
- Availability for application AVP s post changes.
- Incident Management / Problem Management.
- Agile basic knowledge.
