About the Job
We are seeking a Developer for the Application Development Department.
This position is to assist Credit Human in becoming the best credit union in Texas by providing outstanding service to internal members. Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs, systems, and procedures used by Credit Human. The developer provides training to users on system enhancements and changes.

Highlights:
- Assist with the maintenance, enhancement, and development of current and new software applications under user specifications
- Analyze and evaluate processes to determine opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity
- Prepare scope documents to ensure user requirements are documented and defined
- Develop management reports and queries in support of credit union business management
- Participate, on a rotating basis, in the resolution and correction of the program and other related errors affecting production programs during the normal workday and off-duty hours
Experience:
Preferred
- 1-3 years supporting and developing financial applications
Education:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience required
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Access, HTML5, Javascript, or CSS
- Experience with client-server systems, basic web development, TCP/IP
- Team player attitude with solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills/abilities
- Familiar with database administration
Preferred
- Knowledge of Symitar PowerOn programming language and SymForm or PowerFrame/Docs
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary Range: $68,263 -- $74,033 Annually
Flexibility: On-site, in office; not remote or hybrid
Level of Work: 2A
