Developer Success/ Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote (preferred locations are Burlingame, SF, LA, Austin or NYC) There will be some light travel involved.
Schedule: ~ 12 Months  
Pay: Up to $75/hour DOE 
 
Planet Interactive is looking for a Developer Success/ Project Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is 100% remote. The ideal Developer Success/ Project Manager has a background working in the tech space and is strong when it comes to workflow management.
 
Developer Success/ Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to enhance the partnerships with external developers and third-party vendors.
• Help improve overall response time, work, efficiency from intake to closing out the process start to finish. 
• Manage timelines for project milestones, QA, manage SLA's, and ensure that internal and external escalations are handled.
• Provide support for the overall developer program and help contribute to its growth.
• Work daily to support the strategy lead and finish tasks as assigned that could cover administrative functions like setting meetings and taking notes, updating roadmaps, tracking progress, pricing, tooling, and compliance.
• Manage ticketing system and help create processes that improve the overall workflows.
• Be daily in Salesforce and other CRM's to track the customer support.
• Handle escalations and resolve the issues that arise.
• Understand where there are gaps and be proactive in determining solutions.

Developer Success/ Project Manager Requirements: 

• 8+ years' experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in the tech space is highly sought after.
• Experience working in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Asana or another PM software.
