What You Will Do
As a Development Engineer Associate, you will be at the forefront of engineering innovation, contributing to various facets of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting diverse engineering analyses, such as competitive analysis, failure modes and effects analysis, cost analysis, and manufacturing technology assessment.
- Designing components and ensuring their specifications are rigorously verified through testing.
- Implementing manufacturing processes and providing occasional field support as needed.
- Executing routine engineering tasks meticulously, adhering to established processes, procedures, and instructions.
- Generating and scrutinizing technical documentation, including engineering plans, sketches, drawings, test plans, and reports.
- Maintaining meticulous records in accordance with corporate policies.
- Collaborating closely with fellow engineers and staff to achieve project objectives.
- Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive reports, graphs, and summaries to effectively communicate project progress and results.
- Contributing to the development of proposals for new technical projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- A solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
