ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Development Manager leads a team of skilled Application Engineers to develop our acclaimed products for clients, actively engaging in technical design and cross-functional development across multiple platforms. They exemplify hands-on leadership, ready to tackle tasks alongside their team, demonstrating high technical proficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Directing business assessment and requirements analysis processes, for the development of hardware and operating systems.
• Analyzing features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs, and hardware. Ensuring that expected application performance levels are achieved.
• Coordinating coding, testing, implementation and documentation of application solutions.
• Performing complex application programming activities, including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying complex applications programs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
7+ years of .NET and SQL Server experience
3+ years’ experience as a Technical Lead/Lead Engineer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment & welcome change
Highly self-motivated
Ability to work both in team and solo environments
Experience buildinghighly scalablesoftware solutions
Subject Matter Expertise in at least one technical track
Ability to run a team of 4+ team members
Able to plan and initiate multi-quarter projects with a full project team
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
