About the Job
Selectek is looking for a Development Manager (Engineering) to begin working with a great client of ours in the Atlanta, GA area immediately. This candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating and accomplishing goals dealing with zoning and permitting for RaceTrac and RaceWay convenience stores.

Pay Rate: $80k - $90k

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 5 years experience preferred, previous work experience in the petroleum industry a plus
- Civil Engineering/Transportation background preferred
- Must be able to read civil drawings
- Excellent negotiation, communication, decision-making and public presentation skills
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Previous involvement with zoning and permitting with city council preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite preferred
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Pay Rate: $80k - $90k
