Position Description: The incumbent in this position is responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the daily operations and case management of ID/DD Support Coordination services. The Program Manager will provide staff supervision, program management, and leadership in quality improvement efforts; ensure compliance with all standards and regulations of Licensure, Medicaid, HIPAA, DOJ, and RACS and program specific policies and procedures. Responsible for facilitating and encouraging the establishment of standardized process in Service Coordination programming, including intra- and inter-Agency processes with the goal of increasing efficiency, increasing productivity, and ensuring the minimization of any real or perceived conflict between Waiver services programs in collaboration with Targeted Case Management.
Responsible for the direct supervision of Developmental Disability Support Coordinators; responsible for ensuring 95% of combined revenue is billed monthly; assuring compliance with regulatory, agency, and program procedures and documentation. Position represents the program in internal committees, FAPT, quarterly regional ID/DD Coordinators meetings, and other stakeholder's meetings as required.
Qualifications: The Incumbent in this position must possess a bachelor's degree in the human services field, or an RN licensed in Virginia, and have at least 3 years' experience in human services; three years of supervisory experience preferred. Incumbent must meet QDDP criteria under the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; additionally, QMHP highly preferred.
Must have excellent computer skills and be knowledgeable of electronic health records.
