What the role entails:

• Design implement, and ensure quality of outcome based employment, vocational and/or developmental plans
• Articulate and model mission, vision, and values and areas of strategic direction
• Market program to agencies, schools, and general public to generate client base
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate all services provided ensuring goals are met and measured
• Serve as team leader selecting, training, supervising, and mentoring mission based services staff
• Assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned by COO

The required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Speech and Language Pathology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Phycology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Therapeutic Recreation; OR Bachelor's degree and successful completion of designated competency examination
• Experience in the development of person-centered plan and programs

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal history background check
• Must valid driver's license/ vehicle insurance and a clean driving record

The preferred qualifications:

• Behavior management training
• Habilitative Interventionist certification
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Medical Administration certification
