What the role entails:
- Design implement, and ensure quality of outcome based employment, vocational and/or developmental plans
- Articulate and model mission, vision, and values and areas of strategic direction
- Market program to agencies, schools, and general public to generate client base
- Direct, oversee, and evaluate all services provided ensuring goals are met and measured
- Serve as team leader selecting, training, supervising, and mentoring mission based services staff
- Assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned by COO

The required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Speech and Language Pathology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Phycology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Therapeutic Recreation; OR Bachelor's degree and successful completion of designated competency examination
- Experience in the development of person-centered plan and programs
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal history background check
- Must valid driver's license/ vehicle insurance and a clean driving record
The preferred qualifications:
- Behavior management training
- Habilitative Interventionist certification
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Medical Administration certification
