Device Grader- 1st Shift
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Overview: Helps schools, businesses, and governments create sustainable plans that ensure equitable access to technology. Focused on transparent, reliable, and knowledgeable service, our team helps customers plan, get the most value for their current Apple devices, and feel secure that their devices have been responsibly upcycled or recycled.

Requirements:

• Accurately evaluate and assign proper grade to devices while following company SOP
• Must be able to identify cosmetic flaws as well as functional defects on devices
• Efficiently evaluate devices; ensure daily requirement is met
• Ability to follow detailed grading instructions and processes; ensure the quality of the evaluation is always maintained
• Accurately input evaluation data into ERP system; ensure proper product label is applied
• Work station is kept cleaned and organized; general housekeeping duties are fulfilled
• Must meet/exceed daily quota as defined by supervisor

Education, Skills & Experience

• 0-2 year prior production line experience
• Must be well organized
• Prior ERP experience
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
• Strong sense of urgency; flexibility in meeting deadlines
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs; must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
