The DevOps Administrator is responsible for monitoring, installing, configuring, and maintaining tools in the software environment.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

• Assists developers in cluster builds, deployments, and administration.
• Proactively monitors and reports performance utilization of assigned technologies.
• Available for on-call responsibilities, often to troubleshoot issues within the environment and accompanying technologies.
• Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures.
• Manages issues or escalated tickets and tasks, and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners.
• Installs, configures, and manages additional continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools in the environment, e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Maven.
• Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnoses/resolves complex technology/application errors.
• Researches, designs, implements, and tests technology solutions.
• Installs, configures, and supports Red Hat OpenShift Cluster 3.x/4.x in an enterprise environment.
• Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abides by our Organization's Values.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• Experience with Red Hat Linux OS
• Experience supporting applications running on Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in network engineering and operations
