For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a DevOps Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
• Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support.
• Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, support, and optimize CI/CD pipelines built in using DevOps-related technologies in Azure and AWS.
• Experience on various cloud services to deploy and manage applications.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and assist in resolving outages.
• Support deployments to push application and database objects to various environment.
Skills
Must have
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as DevOps Support Engineer.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in working with the Linux(Ubuntu) command-line/administration.
• Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, UDP)
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, container)
• Experience with troubleshooting API driven services
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Git
• Background in release management processes
Nice to have
• Insurance domain experience.
