DevSecOps Engineer - Active TS/SCI Clearance at Piper Companies

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support a classified Geospatial Intelligence program located in Rancho Bernardo, CA. The team is seeking a deployment engineer to develop automated pipelines for cloud environments in support of the adoption of Analytical Modeling Capabilities for the agency.

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA (hybrid, 2-3x/week)

Responsibilities of the DevSecOps Engineer:

·       Develop and support automated pipelines for cloud environments, focusing on build, test, and release deployments

·       Work within a DevSecOps culture, supporting CI/CD processes for containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

·       Understand and utilize AWS cloud services alongside configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform

·       Possess a basic understanding of scripting and software development packages for Infrastructure as Code

 Qualifications of the DevSecOps Engineer:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform
• Experience with cloud-based technologies
• Software development, python or java scripting knowledge

Compensation for the DevSecOps Engineer:

• Salary: $150,000 - $210,000+ **based on experience level**
