Overview
The Cabin Hotshot Lead always perform equipment Pre-Ops check at the beginning of the shift in accordance with the ES&H manual.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age or older, must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age or older, must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
• Remove, neutralize, or clean up biohazardous materials or spilled. Clean contaminated equipment for reuse Package, transport, or store hazardous materials.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other Hotshots, Tower agents, Supervisors, Managers
• Report issues to the Dispatcher
• Ensuring the timely delivery of goods
• Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned aircrafts
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times
• Complete jobs and confirms completion with dispatcher
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the aircrafts
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals daily
• Complete security forms completely and accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories daily
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
