About the Role:
The Dialer Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of outbound dialer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dialer systems such as NICE, Five9, or AWS and a proven track record of driving campaign performance to meet business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage outbound dialer campaigns to achieve sales and engagement goals.
- System Proficiency: Utilize NICE, Five9, or AWS platforms to configure dialer settings, manage call lists, and optimize calling strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to staff on dialer operations, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and ROI analysis, to share with management.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies, including data protection and telemarketing laws.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in dialer campaign management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in NICE, Five9, and/or AWS dialer systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and best practices is a plus.

Where You Will Work:
This position will be hybrid for the first few months and then will transition into full-time in office.
Salary:
The base hourly range for this position is $59,000 - $65,000 a year. DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
