Diesel Mechanic Assistant - Waste Management

Job Title: Waste Management Team Member

Pay Range: $32.87 + $2.00 Shift Differential

New Hire Bonus: Available

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 pm - 3:30 am, some Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Operate waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
