Summary:
The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for servicing and repairing all on-road equipment. This position will work within the company's trucking maintenance department and will perform basic preventative maintenance on all semi-trucks and trailers.

Essential Job Functions:
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on all semi-trucks and trailers.
- Troubleshoot and repair all types of diesel and gas engines.
- Diagnose and repair semi-trucks and trailers.
- Repair, replace, recondition, disassemble, weld, and examine parts and engines.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Brake adjustments on all equipment.
- Tires change on all equipment.
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Comply with all company safety measures and government regulations.
- Communicate with drivers and customers in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
