Diesel Mechanic - Waste Management

Job Title: Waste Management Operator

Pay Range: $35.25 + $2.00 Shift Differential

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30pm - 3:30am (Some Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Operate waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
