We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced diesel mechanic to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position is ideal for a veteran with mechanical experience who is looking for a career in the diesel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, tune-ups, and fluid level checks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with diesel engines and related systems
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Work with other mechanics and technicians to complete complex repairs
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work performed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with diesel engines
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cummins, Caterpillar, and Detroit diesel engines
• ASE Certification
• Military experience as a mechanic or technician
