Job Title: Penske Refrigeration Technician

Position Summary: The Penske Refrigeration Technician will diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair motor truck and trailer refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance for commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems on trucks and trailers.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Overhaul and adjust refrigeration units as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in refrigeration or HVAC systems.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
