We are seeking a skilled Diet Office Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting patients with meal orders, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of diet orders. This position requires working morning shifts with rotating weekends.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients in ordering meals according to their dietary needs and restrictions
- Perform accurate and timely data entry related to patient meal orders and dietary requirements
- Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of patient diet orders
- Collaborate with the dietary team to address any patient concerns or special requests
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling patient information
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the diet office
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or customer service role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
