Diet Technician - Majestic Care of Fairfield

Majestic Care, is seeking a dynamic Registered Diet Technician to lead and consult with our nutrition departments at our long term care facility in Fairfield, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have had previous long term care experience in Multi-states.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Act as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
• As a Diet Tech you will collaborate with the Dietary Manager to ensure nourishing and well-balanced diets are provided to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of each resident.
• Provide positive leadership and discussion of residents with the team members to determine appropriate interventions for the residents and assist with follow through.
• Completion of the nutritional assessment of residents
• Completing MDS documentation specific to Section K and CAA's
• Review care plans

Requirements:

3+ years of Healthcare experience, long term care preferred.
