Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide include, but are not limited to:

·         Handling food and equipment according to sanitation policies and procedures

·         Delivering and retrieving food carts to and from the customer area

·         Assisting in serving food on the tray line, washing pots and pans and performing daily cleaning duties

Requirements for the position of Dietary Aide:

·         High School diploma or GED required

·         Previous dietary experience

·         Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred

·         Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and oral directions in the English language
